Reports to : India MD & Global TA Head

Technical Skillset :

- Looking for someone with strong hands on experience in campus recruitment ( both for technology and business schools in India ) .

- They should have hired for varied skillsets at campus with expertise in tech and finance role .

- Should come with good connects with the campuses and be able to ideate/execute engagement and branding projects .

- Should have understanding of India campus recruitment landscape and be able to leverage on the existing relationships

Behavioral Fitment :

- Should be able to work in a collaborative and performance driven culture .

- Ability to be independent and be able to work in a matrix reporting relationship with local and global stakeholders .

- Good communication and articulation

- Looking for someone with extensive campus recruitment hiring experience especially in the Financial services and Technology domain
