- Campus Hiring role with a leading multinational Bank
- The incumbent will be accountable for managing Campus Hiring from Premier/Tier 1/Tier 2 Technology and Management Institutes for the organization.
- Partner with the Leadership team to decide on the campus strategy which includes decisions on intake/compensation/location strategy.
- Design pre-hire assessments specific to campus.
- Manage various engagement and branding initiatives for campuses, working with universities for creating special programs / scholarship programmes.
- Early Identification of talent at campuses - guest lectures, creating new platforms
- Stakeholder engagement and keeping the leadership involved in campus engagements
