Head - Campus

Responsibilities:

- Responsible in building relationships with key universities, career centers, faculty, and student organizations to establish a strong campus presence.

- Analyzing the latest trends and best practices in campus recruitment and incorporate them into the overall strategy.

- Helps in developing & implementing a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy to attract high-potential candidates

- Proactively identify top talent from target universities and colleges through various channels, including career fairs, information sessions, and online platforms.

- Engage and build relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about the organization, career opportunities, and company culture.

- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessment centers, and other selection methods to evaluate candidates effectively

- Represent the organization at campus events, promoting the company's values, career opportunities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop customized campus recruitment plans.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR business partners and diversity and inclusion teams, to ensure diversity goals are met in campus hiring efforts.

- Coordinate and manage campus recruitment programs, including internships, co-op programs, and rotational development programs..
