Opening in a leading Cosmetic Company working on Multi Level Marketing for the following position :-

HEAD-CAMPAIGN PLANNING based at Gurgaon (Corporate Role)

Exp Req : 5-10 years post MBA from a reputed B-School.

Industry : Food, FMCG, Beverages, Consumer Durable or Retail company.

LEVEL - Sr. Manager

LOCATION - Head Office

JOB SUMMARY - KEY RESULT AREAS OF THE JOB

- Lead development of ‘Avon Brochure’ with merchandising and promotions to generate consumer pull.

- Manage the Avon Store through the Avon Brochure.

- Meet annual financial objectives in support of sales growth.

- Lead development of robust campaign Plans synergised with Sales, ensuring ‘Pull’ and ‘Push’ through merchandising and activations.

- Manage brochure energy through New Products, developing strong activation plans for launches.

- Lead Strategic Alliances to drive activation energy.

- Deliver Campaign Plans to Campaign Thresholds and Sales & Margin targets.

- Lead Pre and Post Campaign Evaluation to understand and take forwards learnings and implications.

- Monitor Forecasting accuracy and timely delivery of estimates to SC.

- Lead Annual Planning and Quarterly Planning conferences for campaign development.

- Develop a well organised structure to facilitate an organising campaign delivery

- Develop campaign strategy & planning to complement product launch schedule and raise awareness of new and current consumer product range, in addition to leveraging and building upon the company brand.

- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to develop campaign strategy & planning to complement product launch schedule

- Development of campaign planning tools to provide strategic direction based on AVON India’s insight & segmentation

- Provide and share direction with local product divisions where relevant

- To be an integral member of the central marketing team and add value throughout the strategy and planning process and run strategic matrix planning meetings for new project launches and agree direction of campaigns

- Work closely with the PR and sponsorship teams to ensure product launch events both fit within the campaign launch framework and are a best fit for the brand. Provide regular and clear communication of key campaigns to relevant parties inc. internal and exploit sponsorship rights into campaign planning where relevant
