Brief Description about the role :
- Responsible for the management of direct and digital marketing, targeted marketing and strategic campaigns on our database of customers /members and prospective members, while leading a team of Campaign Managers and Campaign Developers
- Responsible for taking ownership of several multi-tiered campaigns including analysing, planning, scheduling, optimising, content, execution, lead management and reporting.
Educational Qualifications :
- Any graduate with a PGDM / MBA in Marketing or Systems or Operations. Preference will be given to candidates from Tier 1 Institutes with minimum 10 years experience in UNICA campaign management, direct marketing, online campaign management etc. Knowledge of direct or digital marketing is essential.

Core Competencies :
- Develop strategic plan based on direct market insights, internal business intelligence and competitive market intelligence.
- Proven experience in designing marketing campaign management solutions through multi-channel tele-channel, emails, SMS, web based, mobile, etc. - Both Inbound and Outbound Management
- Proven experience in UNICA Analytical CRM / Campaign Management or equivalent such as Adobe, Salesforce, Terradata, SAS, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.
Key Deliverable :
- Interface and coordinate with internal customers (key stakeholders) such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Business etc. to understand the drivers of their business, KPI, etc. so that campaigns can be devised.
- Develop a comprehensive yearly/ quarterly / monthly campaign strategy / plan / calendar for the internal customers with the main objective of improving organization metrics such as Sales, Profile Completion, CSAT, Cross-Sell, Upsell, Response, etc.
- Ensure overall campaign quality content, messaging, calls-to-action, and delivery.
- Ensure implementation of Contact Governance.
- Interface with internal data analysis teams or perform analysis to provide timely inputs for both campaign creation and closure.
- Interface with technology infrastructure departments to ensure updation of key assets of the team such as hardware and software.
- Manage the execution of all campaigns using our marketing automation platform - IBM UNICA Campaign and Interact extensively.
- Ensure campaign results / responses are captured, and used for reporting, analysis and re-targeting.
