JOB PURPOSE
- Developing objectives for the call center's day-to-day activities
- Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
- Collecting and analyzing call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
PRIMARY :
- IT, Strategy, Underwriting, Agency and Development teams
- Vendor & Call Center Customers
ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
- Responsible for new and retention Business generation from team.
- Responsible for monthly targets achievements.
- Responsible for Data Management and tracking as per managements requirements.
- Monitor Live Issues till product stabilizes
- Conduct daily morning hurdle with Tl's and Agents to meet daily required sales Targets.
- Inter personal Skills
- Documentation Skills.
- Excellent in General Insurance product knowledge and ready to take new initiatives.
- Analytical Ability to support management
