Head - Buying & Merchandising

What you will be doing:

- Build and maintain good relationships with FMCG suppliers

- Manage operations such as Buying & Merchandising, Vendor Management, Demand Planning, Inventory Management

- Ensure Range Planning, Promotion Management, Planogram, ABV/Bill penetration & Vendor Fill rates

- Negotiate TOTs with brands in regular intervals and ensure TOT adherence across multiple stakeholders

- Interact closely with the warehouse and store managers on various aspects of pricing and stock levels etc

- Create systems/processes to be aware of the assortment and pricing of products sold in the market through market research

- Build systems/processes to track the receivables from brands as per TOT

- Ability to build and maintain relationships

- Good communication skills

- Previous experience of negotiating TOTs at retail companies

- 8+ years of FMCG buying experience in retail companies
