Hiring for a "techno-commercial" leader for a growing Pharmaceutical R&D firm into formulations.
Our client is looking for a strong commercial person who can lead technical conversations with various pharmaceutical and research organisations.
Reporting directly into Founder, your responsibilities would include the following:
- Liaising with Business Development so that new opportunities are dealt efficiently.
- Manage all the accreditations, certifications as needed for license to operate.
- Liaising with various authorities to obtain licences as needed and ensure its full compliance is in place.
- Ensure that investigations and technical issues are completed and resolved in a timely manner through respective teams.
- Maintaining the Management Operating System and reporting performance as required.
- Taking responsibility and a hands-on approach to achieving the financial targets. Tracking and controlling budget and spending.
- Collaborating with other functions / departments as required to ensure that the efficiency and quality of work meets with organisational and client needs.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for project continuity and / or new business opportunities.
- Hiring, motivating, developing, and retaining high calibre analysts, scientists, sales personal and team leaders.
