Our client is a Singapore based Business Consulting and Training organization with multi-country presence. It provides an array of services across verticals in the corporate and higher education segment. They are looking to hire a Head-Business & Training for Corporate Training Vertical.

POSITION: Head - Business & Training

Department: CRT

JOB PROFILE:

The candidate shall be responsible for:

- Involved in Planning, processing, Product designing, Proposal writing, Marketing & related promotional activities.

- Profitably manage the P&L of the business.

- Lead and build high performing teams.

- Ensuring compliance on company guidelines/policies.

- Executing Training programs.

- Key account management.

- Network and sell at the highest level in an organization.

- Supporting the team to develop learning and developing solutions for the clients.

- Developing end to end solutions to address the L & D needs of the client.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- The candidate should hold a masters degree/diploma in Training & Development.

- The candidate should have excellent communication skills (written & Verbal), interpersonal, listening and analytical skills.

- He/She should have worked on a similar profile for 12-15 years.
