We have an urgent opening with our client who has an excellent opportunity in their firm which is a Business Consulting and Training organization with multi-country presence. It provides an array of services across verticals in the corporate and higher education segment.It provides diagnostic services for organizations and designs, develops and executes customized training solutions keeping in mind specific organizational goals.

Location- Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Experience- 7 yrs -& above

Position- Head- Business & Training

JOB PROFILE:

The candidate shall be responsible for:

- Involved in Planning, processing, Product designing, Proposal writing, Marketing & related promotional activities.

- Profitably manage the P&L of the business.

- Lead and build high performing teams.

- Ensuring compliance on company guidelines/policies.

- Executing Training programs.

- Key account management.

- Network and sell at the highest level in an organization.

- Supporting the team to develop learning and developing solutions for the clients.

- Developing end to end solutions to address the L & D needs of the client.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- The candidate should hold a master"s degree/diploma in Training & Development.

- The candidate should have excellent communication skills (written & Verbal), interpersonal, listening and analytical skills.

- He/ She should have worked on a similar profile for more than 7+ years.
