Job Role
- Liaising with business teams for requirements gathering for new/ongoing projects
- Arrange project walkthroughs and requirement presentation with stakeholders
- Identify changes/enhancements/issue fixes required in existing systems as per user requirements, evaluate impact, prepare change specifications, and obtain business user sign-off.
- Preparation of Test Cases, User Acceptance Testing, Product and Process release of the project/fix, Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
- Coordinate for all stages of software project development life cycle including system design, development, testing, training, roll out and post-implementation support
- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects to ensure quality deliverables while meeting the project deadlines and escalate issues to the steering committee
- Stakeholder expectation management & alignment of project status/issues via review meetings
- Maintain Timesheet & Accurate Project Status Reports
Job Requirements
- Good project planning, execution and management skills. Process- focused and comfortable aliasing with various departments
- Should be able to drive and manage projects single-handedly
- Should be able to lead from the front with team management
- Proficient in MS-Office tools with a strong process know-how
- Should have a good understanding of software development life cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must to deal with various cross-functional teams and external
Vendors 2-4 years of work experience, prior experience in project management preferred. The person should have commerce or IT background. Knowledge of the risk management system would be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate - from a premium institute
12 to 16 years of Work Experience (age below 40 years)
