Role Summary:
The Head of Business Solutions will be responsible for the entire Business Solution Delivery for Retail Liability, Retail Asset, Digital, and Payments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Role & Responsibility:
- Work with business stakeholders across the retail organization to understand their business challenges and needs to provide them with suitable IT solutions.
- Lead a team of business analysts to analyze and understand business problems, identify potential solutions, and recommend technology solutions to address them.
- Develop and implement business solutions to address identified problems and challenges.
- Manage the deployment and implementation of business solutions, including coordinating with other teams and departments as needed.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of business solutions to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the business solution group to ensure that they are delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Have a sound understanding of the Retail Liability, Asset business, Payments, and processes.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivery of solutions and run delivery verticals for business solutions.
- Manage key technology vendor relationships for the bank.
Skill Set:
- Experience working in similar roles in Bank/NBFC/Fintech.
- Understanding of the latest technology trends and a strong technology mindset for solutioning.
- Strong understanding of business products, operations processes, and India Payment stack in the retail business.
- Experience in managing a large team of business analysts and project managers.
- Understanding of banking regulatory, finance, audit requirements.
- Understanding and experience in cloud and microservice-based architecture.

- Good communication skills and ability to work with management, customers, and vendors.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a larger team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and function according to the expectations of Senior Management.
- Able to prioritize requirements and take necessary actions accordingly.
- Understanding of matrix-based organization and delivery models.
- Openness to work without reservations and willingness to travel as and when required.
- Self-driven.
- Previous experience in Banking/NBFC/MFI/Fintech is a must.
