Head Business Solutions

Role :

- Responsible for entire Business Solution Delivery for Retail Liability, Retail Asset, Digital and Payments.

- Minimum Education - B.Tech with MBA.

- Working with business stakeholders across the retail organization to understand their business challenges and needs to provide them the suitable IT solutions.

- Leading a team of business analysts to analyze and understand business problems, identify potential solutions, and recommend technology solutions to address them.

- Developing and implementing business solutions to address identified problems and challenges.

- Managing the deployment and implementation of business solutions, including coordinating with other teams and departments as needed.

- Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of business solutions to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organization.

- Providing leadership and guidance to the business solution group to ensure that they are delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

- Person should have sound understanding of the Retail Liability, Asset business, Payments and processes.

- Strong Delivery focus on the solutions and run delivery verticals for the business solutions

- Managing Key technology vendor relationship for the bank.

Skill sets :

- Experience on working on similar roles in Bank/NBFC/Fintech.

- Understanding of latest technology trends and strong technology mindset on solutioning.

- Strong understanding of business products, operations processes and India Payment stack in retail business.

- Experience of running a large team of business analysts and project managers.

- Understanding of banking regulatory, finance, audit requirements.

- Understanding and experience on cloud and microservice based architecture.
