Key Responsibility : To lead a team handling product life cycle management (conceptualization, launch, post launch support), new product launch and improvements/ enhancements in existing products, understanding customer requirements and profile, supporting sales and business development channels to achieve business goals.
To build a strong relationship with the Parent Company/ vendors/ customers / stakeholders to achieve sales & profitability targets.
Role & Responsibility :
- Understanding customer needs and identifying potential business opportunities
- Conceptualization and creation of new products and managing full life cycle (from creation to launch to post launch)
- Generation of new ideas for marketing activities
- Relationship management with all stakeholders (internal and external)
- To make a road map to achieve sales target via various channels/stakeholders. Strategizing to develop new channels for sales/distribution
- Monitoring external environment and competition benchmarking
- Enhance product development to meet market standards
- Data analysis based on past/ current MIS to improvise future roadmap/ strategies
Education: Post graduate in Marketing
Preferred Industry: Bank / NBFC / Small Finance Bank / Micro Finance Institutions
