Hiring For BFSI

- Responsibility for defining & designing the product development strategy, along with the successful communication and delivery of the strategy.

- Experience in handling Platforms: Android & iOS Apps, Mobile site and Website.

- Working closely with the Technology team to ensure quality deliveries on time.

- Introducing new product features based on insights from user feedback, behaviour data & International markets study.

- Imparting Product training to the end users and promote usage.

- Monitoring product performance and working towards improving business conversion & quality.

- Tracking User engagement & experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Deep understating of requirement gathering process via different channels :

Business Head / Clients

- Competition mapping

- International market mapping

Ensuring to achieve the KPI's through :-

- Product Adaption & Revenue Generation.

- Introducing new product features based on insights from user feedback & behaviour data, testing and research of various International Standard.

- Applications UI & UX enhancements matching industry standards.
