Job Description: Reporting to the Head of the Business, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing Sales Incentive Plan Management Document aligned with the business strategy
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, revenue generation
- Launching the Annual Operating Plan after inputs from relevant stakeholders
- Analyzing cost centres, and ensuring timeliness of reports
- Adhering to the Sales Target
The Successful Candidate:
- As a successful applicant, you should be a CA/ MBA Finance (from a Tier I College) with more than 10 years of experience in the Telecom / IT industry.
- You should have held roles in a MNC and should have experience in Reporting and Planning apart from having worked on Sales incentive plans in the past.
