We have been mandated for a large Conglomerate is into paper industry for the below mentioned role :

Position Details : Head - Business Planning & Financial Analysis

Place of Postiong : Mumbai

Qualification : CA/B. Tech + MBA from premium institute

Experience : 10 + Years (Prior work experience of Financial Modelling is a must)

Job Responsibilities :

- Support Head-Strategy in Annual Planning & Budgeting cycle and handling processes

- Provide support to Head-Strategy in structured analysis of business performance on a periodic basis to identify areas of improvement .

- Provide Financial Analysis support to cross-functional strategic projects impacting P&L

- Conduct Financial analysis on new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, business development, competitive landscape benchmarking etc.

- Preparing reports, presentations, and other project deliverables for both internal and external use

- Provide support on specific M&A opportunities including transaction due-diligence co-ordination and prepare and hold custody of investment model for capital budgeting decisions.

- Provide support to Head-Strategy in structured analysis of business performance on a periodic basis to identify areas of improvement.
