Head- Business Planning & Budgeting.

Based out of HO-Vikhroli,

Direct reports- 4-5,

Qualification- CA or MBA,

Min Exp - 10 years.

Preferred from LI Agency channel/Banking channel

- Drive the business strategy & convert it into long term & medium-term business plan.

- Draw a detail rolling 12-month budget.

- Work with each channel head & create channel specific business plan & budgets.

- Work with CHRO & create a detailed people plan for sales & non-sales based on people strategy.

- Prepare a detail Technology plan with COO including capex & opex

- Prepare an investment income plan based on investment & business strategy with CIO.

- Work with Product team in creating a product strategy in line with the business strategy & incorporate it in the business plan.

- Work with Actuarial team on actuarial assumptions & drive the cash flows with the actuarial teams.

- Work with the CRO on the ERM & with CISO on the security strategy & prepare a business plan accordingly

- Create a comprehensive framework on regular monitoring of the business & functional KPI on a regular basis.

- Prepare, present & share the performance of the business with various stakeholders and drive actionable based on the regular interaction.

- Create capabilities to have continuous analysis of all business imperatives and share all lead & lag indicators in the organization and make them actionable intel.

- Learn & Drive IFRS (International Financial reporting), as we have started reporting on the same for the international shareholders.

- Hire, retain & drive hire performance culture in the team

- Cost management and budgetary approvals.

- Actively involve in the financial closing with the objective of continuous tracking of the company performance.
