I am looking for Head BPA Head Business Planning & Analysis (Mgr / Sr. Mgr Level) for Leading Education & Training industry based at Delhi.

- Location - Delhi

- Qualification - CA / Smart ICWA or MBA from premier institute.

- Exposure - Business Planning & Analysis/Management

- Experience - 10-12 yrs in similar capacity.

Brief Job Description

Reporting -

- Reports to CFO.

Technical qualifications -

- Chartered Accountant or ICWA or MBA (Finance) but only from a premier Institute and minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in service organization.

Soft skills -

- Should have good analytical and presentation skills along with excellent communication ability.

- Should have the ability to deal with and influence senior business leaders.

- Should have team management experience – analysts with individual contributor role not acceptable.

- Hands-on role - the candidate is expected to do the work him-self / herself and supervise a team of two analysts.

Role involves -

- Planning related exercises - AOP (annual), Flash and Forecast (monthly), monthly MAPA (Management Accounting & Performance Analysis) Mid Year Corrections (annual), and other specific activities that might come up in the course of the year.

- Reporting - Generating daily reports for tracking critical parameters - Closely Watched Numbers (CWN) along with detailed analysis on the Key Highlights and Concerns for the day.

- Feedback - Provide regular feedback to the management on the performance of various Key parameters impacting the business and its achievement of agreed AOP.

- Benchmarking - Keep updating the performance vis-à-vis other companies through benchmarking of critical parameters enabling effective management action for rectification, wherever necessary.
