Job Description:
- Build adequate business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within an organization.
- Concentrates on converting materials and labor into services as efficiently as possible to maximize the profit of an organization
- Internal operations support (including Townhalls, collateral/intranet)
- Administration ( eg. Headcount Clearing, Contingent tracking )
- Engage on a daily basis and increase the inherent value of the business as a going concern
- Create an operations strategy typically driven by the Overall Business strategy of the organization and is designed to maximize the effectiveness of production and support elements while minimizing costs
- Leadership Team and agenda operating rhythm definition and logistics, maintenance of the overall Technology operations action list and escalation protocols.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA
- Computer science, economics, finance, or accounting
- Effective communication and strong collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, training, and troubleshooting skills; ability to evaluate and manage client business needs
