- This position has the overall responsibility for all the strategic planning for the business, to achieve the annual business targets.

Required Knowledge and Skills :
- Experience in Creating, developing and implementing strategies for efficient and cost-effective management of allocated resources.
- Experience in formulating policy and developing new strategies and procedures.
- Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing, & Laboratory Practices as per regulatory guidelines of FDA, MHRA and other agencies.
- Preparing clear and concise correspondence.
- Aligning and engaging staff, ability to engage staff through effective communication of business activities in relation to the overall company strategy, understands and communicates the purpose and contribution of the functional areas to the overall business strategy.
- Analyzing problems, identifying solutions and implementing recommendation for problem resolution.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others.
- Managing multiple projects, duties and assignments.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to be persuasive and give leadership to subordinates.
