Role Overview:
As the Head of BizOps, you'll report to the Founders and play a key role in shaping our strategy and operations. Your main tasks will include aligning teams, developing initiatives, optimizing processes, and supporting projects to enhance patient experiences and grow our business globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Work with leadership to define and implement the companys strategy.
- Identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer acquisition and satisfaction.
- Operations & Process Optimization
- Streamline operations across patient care and logistics.
- Implement improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Develop KPIs to drive performance and informed decision-making.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the BizOps team, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Set goals and provide feedback and development opportunities.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor strategies.
- Monitor industry regulations to ensure compliance.
- Partnership Development
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships globally.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance our brand in the medical tourism sector.
- Financial & Performance Management
- Work with finance on budgeting and resource allocation.
- Assess the ROI of projects and provide updates to the executive team.
Requirements:
Experience: 10+ years in business operations or strategy, preferably in healthcare.
Education: MBA from a top university (IIM or equivalent).
Skills:
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations.
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
