- Set up the business analytics unit for the entire organization. This vertical will manage all the data across departments and produce actionable analytics

- Development of credit and risk monitoring framework

- Develop, deploy and monitor scorecards

- Run champion challenger programs on BRE

- Development and monitoring of collection strategy

- Establish a monitoring framework for through the door lead flow

- strong Risk Analytics experience

- The individual should be from analytics or statistical background
