JD:
This position will be the Head of Business HR, and will be responsible for working with Business Leaders, Unit Heads and other teams within and outside HR to drive deliveries for all major HR processes and initiatives.
Defining the Business HR strategy and structure which will effectively implement HR processes and programs
- Establish and maintain relationships with top management in order to drive the execution of HR programs
- Represent the full spectrum of Human Resources function to the business and act as the single point of contact for all their needs
- Develop and drive the execution of the change management strategy that may be required from time to get support from business managers which will help with effective implementation of various HR policies and initiatives
- Work with other HR sub functions like Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Service Delivery, International HR
- Manage a young team of talented Business HR professionals and manage deliveries in both individual and people manager capacities
- Coach senior managers and leaders on people issues
Work closely with the HR leadership team to identify talent development opportunities and provide thought leadership and strategic direction to effectively roll out and manage the structured high value initiatives in the areas of Individual Development Planning, Career Progression and Development and Capability Development
- Close interaction with the industry to identify the best practices and implement the same for the Company
