Business HR Head
- Executive Hiring is looking for a Business HR Head for an MNC, based at Gurgaon.
- Post Grad / MBA in PMIR / HRM from XL/TISS/MDI/SIBM/SCMHRD etc. with 12-14 years of exp. in an FMCG where he / she has been heading the HR for Sales & Marketing or had a similar stint in an FMCG in the past.
- Role is the Business HR Head works very closely with the Regional HR Dir, Sales & Marketing Directors and to the CEO to convert business strategy into People Agenda.
- The incumbent would cover e2e employee lifecycle with their team and ensure right manning with right quality of talent in the right roles.
KRA's:
- Work with Leadership team and Talent Manager to continuously assess, fix and plan Talent density.
- Ensure right metrics are defined and used to identify top talent.
- Ensure robust succession and development plans are identified for top talent. Work with Managers to identify themes of development from the discussions and work on a plan to enable continuous performance.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to drive high quality hire.
- Work with Talent Acquisition team to empanel right sourcing partners, identify improvements in the process and support first time managers to recruit right.
- Chart out and lead the Employee Engagement & Connect Calendar as per the needs & corporate initiatives.
- Act as employee champion by addressing their grievances on time.
- Drive Capability Initiatives/Development Plans in close collaboration with the Regional Lead, Talent Manager & Capability Manager by helping identify the needs & gaps, tracking completion, participation & effectiveness.
- Own the manpower planning process for the respective functions to meet the business requirements.
