Position: Head- Business Growth (Automobile Business)

Based in: Gurgaon

Ideal Candidate :

- Should possess post-graduation degree from reputed institute.

- Min work experience : 10+ years

Salary upto 32-35 lpa (as per overall exp)

- Preferable Industry: Automobiles (OEM) / Roadside Assistance / Extended Warranty

The ideal candidate should be great at Business development, creating distribution, managing and mentoring team, as well as fully capable of making all aspects of the business run more efficiently from marketing and sales.

Suitable candidates should be able to identify new opportunities quickly based off objective data. Candidates are also expected to be able to think on their feet. The landscape of our industry changes daily, and we need someone who can adapt and learn on the spot.

Responsibilities:

- Examine new opportunities in current and potential markets.

- Build and Leverage distribution

- Prepare a comprehensive budget that delivers the greatest value to the business

- P&l ownership of the respective business

- Solve customer needs and concerns through product innovations.

- Client Management - New additions, engagement, etc.

- Organize training for employees as needed.

- Leverage existing / market data to drive company growth through sales and cross-sell

- Work with other managers to create long-term company strategy.

Skill Performance:

- Bachelor' or Post Graduate in Marketing / Finance

- Highly Task oriented and drive desired Business Targets

- Comprehensive understanding of Automobile Products such as Roadside Assistance, Extended warranty, etc

- Capable of carry forward the relationship from existing assignment

- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

- Excellent Market & competition knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Multitasking ability.
