You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
To contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of a business strategy that maximizes the net profit by implementing most viable solution and controlling costs at overall level.
Responsibilities :- Business Targets and ensure milestone are achieved
- Responsible for tying-up and building strategic partnerships for our assistance / insurance products with the ecosystem (i.e. OEM, Large corporates house, fintech, healthtech, insurtech etc.) companies in India
- Manage and own your portfolio of Partners
- Plan, execute and drive customized account strategy
- Structure and the deal with new Partners
- Align and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner implementations are on track and delivering against plan
- Help grow the revenue from each Partner by improving
- Solving client problem through Product Innovation
- Manage day to day Partner relationship - engage with Partners with a win-win mindset to improve customer experience, drive higher revenue, drive strategic objectives, etc.
Skill Performance :
- Highly Target oriented and ensure Business growth
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales, or a relevant role and extremely good in managing client relationship
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
