Head - Business Finance - Startup

We are currently hiring for "Business Finance Head" role with a leading startup based out in Bangalore.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.

- They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.

- The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Job description:

- Providing strategic recommendations to the Management on investments and business growth decisions

- Identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investors, banks, financial partners and auditors, explore and actively contribute in fund raising options for the business

- Act as a financial counsel to the heads and evaluate strategic alliances.

- Focus long-term business and financial planning and Cash flow management.

- Prepare Budgeted vs Actual Expenses variance report with cost centre allocation and analysis of the same for management.

- Prepare various MIS as per schedules of reporting and report to the management.

- Establish and optimise finance operational strategies and ensure best business practices to reduce business risk and meet the overall objectives.

- Lead accurate and timely preparation of financial forecasting, budgets, taxation, audits, documentations, business contracts.

- Adherence to company operational procedures, policies, agreements, and compliances.

Key Requirements:

- CA Qualified

- Min 10-18 years of finance & accounts experience.

- Knowledge of corporate law and risk management practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen and results-oriented approach

- Must have experience of SAP or any ERP/ Automation

- Experience in physical business is desired
