- Identify cost saving and GP enhancement opportunities within R&D and recommend corrective actions to encash the opportunities

- Provide financial analysis and reports on the R&D performance including Month End Closing, Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly forecasts, and Strategic Plan,

- Should have strong business partnering skills and manage the cost reporting across R&D locations while working closely with stakeholders across geographies

- Guide financial and non-financial stakeholders on FP&A-related matters and provide training on new reports, analytics, reporting/ planning instructions, tools, changes, etc.

- Assist functional leaders to meet budgeted performance targets within respective functional responsibility areas

- Identify and document key business and financial risks, issues and dependencies and set mitigation actions

- Support preparation of investment business cases ensuring consistent data and ROI analysis for new products developed by R&D

- Drive consistent reporting of key milestones and key metrics for R&D performance dashboard

- Support finance and R&D leadership in monthly operating mechanisms by driving consistent data

- Support the Global CFO and Chief R&D Officer with ad hoc analytics & requestsb
