Head - Business Finance - Manufacturing

Note- : The candidate should be CA or CWA Qualified. The candidate with manufacturing experience is preferred.

- The candidate should have experience in Treasury, Business control(costing,Budgeting,Forecasting (sales forecasting and roll out forecasting)

MIS & Review:

- You will be performing financial Analysis, understand & translate into business language. You will also be reviewing monthly CFO Report after due review within the Finance Department, President Report for INCO President, GGP analysis and reporting on monthly basis, monthly Profitability Reporting with appropriate annexures, OVC, DFE and Controlling spend versus Budget

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- You will be reviewing the rolling forecast, all Cost Budgets & monitoring of actuals, liquidity forecasting for next three months for Treasury, sales forecasting, rolling Forecast for INCO for Transfer Pricing monitoring, 12 Months Liquidity Planning & Profitability key items.

You will also be responsible for:

- Working closely with CFO, Business & Superior on preparation of GGP%

- Reviewing and supporting Divisions on their Forecasting Process

- Setting up perspective plan for INCO

Business Controlling & Treasure activities:

- You will be responsible for credit block release process in cooling, following up with sales managers on AR and Cash on time reporting, funding planning and credit facilities in all segments and treasury authorization

Requirements for Education, Work Experience and Personal Characteristics :

- CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance with 12 years of strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, business controlling and treasuring activities.

- Strong business controlling skills

- Experienced in Treasury

- Strong communication skills written and verbal

- Proven administrative, leadership skills and management experience

- Strong networking and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate, maintain and develop an effective team

- Experienced with working in a global matrix organization

- Ability to travel regularly

- High attention to detail and accuracy
