Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the business into new markets and territories, focusing on large format retail operations.

- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new store openings, including site selection, feasibility analysis, and -market research.

- Lead the overall business operations of existing stores, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (real estate, marketing, supply chain, operations) to ensure seamless store launches and operations.

- Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability and growth of both new and existing stores.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities and adjust business strategies.

- Establish strong vendor relationships to ensure a smooth supply chain for new and existing locations.

- Drive customer experience and operational excellence across all stores to ensure consistency and high standards.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business targets and expansion goals.

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies during business expansion activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 12+ years of experience in retail business management or expansion, with at least 5 years in large format or hypermarket retail.

- Proven track record of successfully leading business expansion initiatives and driving growth in multi-location retail operations.

- Strong understanding of retail operations, including store management, inventory control, merchandising, and customer experience.

- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and driving profitability.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and growth.

Preferred Skills: Experience in large format or hypermarket retail chains.
