Head- Business Excellence & Strategy

Overall Role Purpose :

Delivering strategic and operational support, Business partner to measure, challenge and support business teams in order to drive efficiencies and effectiveness, Sales force excellence and market research projects, Cross functional collaboration

Key activities :

- Provide insights on sales and effort performances, market insights through structured market research to enable senior management to take faster and accurate data and insight based decisions

- Drive execution excellence and performance through process

- Drive sales excellence through close monitoring of key performance indicators

- Analyses data trends like IMS, SMSRC etc. and triangulate the same with internal performance

- Plan, design and deployment of customer segmentation ,

- Targeting and profiling

- Growth focused and market opportunity based field force sizing- Structure and sales force deployment that optimizes resources

- Monitor Sales performance and provide recommendations to achieve sales productivity

Key capabilities :

- Managing multiple stakeholders, data management from different sources, cross functional collaboration, influencing without authority

- Experience in managing Sales force Excellence and strategic projects - 10 years

- Ability to critically analyze and objectively define problem and provide solutions,

- Good understanding of pharmaceutical market, trends and ability to drive decisions based on data,

- Understanding of Data bases, Data warehouse and Business intelligence concepts,

- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively,

- Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal,

- Advanced excel and Power Point skills,

- Understanding of Tableau and other advanced analytical tools,

- Ability to work with and harmonize demands from multiple stakeholders,

- Ability to prioritize and adhere to time-lines, ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Educational Qualifications : Graduate, preferably with MBA
