About our Client: Our client is a leading telecom services setup looking for a senior quality professional to lead their business excellence and re-engineering team and create a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Job Description: Reporting into CEO, you would lead the business excellence & transformation function for the organization supporting all business units.

- You would be responsible for driving high impact six-sigma projects across functions and create a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

- You would be responsible for liaising with the business heads for transformation and change management while leading business managers for process improvement, process excellence, product design etc.

The Successful Candidate:

- MBA/Masters degree with over 18 years of relevant work experience working with an consulting firm/services organization.

- Excellent understanding of driving transformation and re-engineering projects across diverse business processes.

- Past experience of driving high impact change projects leading a team of quality professionals is a must.

- Strong track record of success in your previous roles managing senior stakeholders.

- You should be MBB certified in Lean/Six Sigma with strong understanding of other quality processes and tools.
