MBA from reputed B School with minimum 14 to 18 Years experience.

- Very strong experience in Designing and driving Delivery Process Excellence Programs.

- Led an organization-wide transformation program to drive Delivery Excellence through multiple mandates of Process Robustness, Platform and Automation Strategies, Customer Experience Management, Next-gen Information Strategy and Analytics, Risk Management and Delivery Optimization through Productivity Programs and Lean Six Sigma.

- Strategy and Vision definition, Process/Platform Design, Large Program Management, Organization Change Management and People Programs such as competency building, performance management and training/enablement.

- Conceptualized, designed and built the Quality Function for the group.

- Should have track record of designing and driving global, large-scale Operational Excellence.

- Process transformation leader with business excellence approach.
