Head - Business Excellence - Payment Industry

Mandatory Requirement -

Required: 5-10 years of experience

- Strong experience in project management

- Former business / strategy consultant or business excellence role

- Experience in the payment industry in would be a plus

- Appetite for operations

Job Role and Responsibilities:

The Business Excellence Manager will be primarily responsible for managing Business Excellence (ie. Sales & Marketing excellence and Operational excellence) for the Accentiv India and especially:

- Drive and manage the process of monitoring commercial and operational performance across functions (defining KPI framework, ensuring timely collection of data, organizing regular meetings with business functions to review performance)

- Support the Business Unit in the filtering / prioritization of all the Business Excellence initiatives

- Identify areas of improvement of commercial and operational performance, conduct analysis and lead initiatives to improve this performance

- Leverage Business Excellence experts from the Group (business excellence team, data science team) to improve operational performance of the business functions, and follow-up on action plans

- Support workshop preparation on identified Business Excellence priority topics with Rewards Sales Community

Qualification and Experience:

- Education: Master of Science, Master of Business Administration or equivalent
