- Finance Centre (FC) is a team within the Organization which is Centre of Excellence in managing and operating finance processes across the group and businesses. FC currently manages Financial Control (Reconciliation, Recharges, Inter Company & Period End Close), External Reporting ( External, Regulatory and Liquidity), Product Control, Management Information (Global Businesses, Global Functions, Group, Regions and Countries) and Financial Systems.

- Experience in heading Global projects and managing senior stakeholders required

- Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification is a must

Job Description - Head of Business Excellence and Change

Responsibilities:

- Managing stakeholder relationships, and propagating the use of the Industry Best Practices

- Identifying enhancement opportunities and building a business case for change

- Strengthening the delivery methodology and providing superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches

- Ensuring benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets through effective implementation and change management

- Conducting training and mentoring to teams

The Successful Applicant

- MBA with over 15 years of experience in managing large excellence & change projects (Any Industry).

- Additionally, should be be a certified Master Black Belt with sound Project Management skills.
