About our Client:

Our client is a UK based MNC Financial Services firm with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Shared Service Centre.

Job Description:

As the Head of Business Excellence, you will be responsible for:

- Managing stakeholder relationships, and propagating the use of the Industry Best Practices

- Identifying enhancement opportunities and building a business case for change

- Strengthening the delivery methodology and providing superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches

- Ensuring benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets through effective implementation and change management

- Conducting training and mentoring to teams

The Successful Candidate:

- You will have an MBA with over 15 years of experience in BFSI sector preferably Insurance for global markets. Additionally, you will be a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with sound Project Management skills.

- You will have a hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the Quality domain and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
