Head - Business Development - US Staffing

We are hiring for a Head Business Development position with experience in US Staffing for one of our clients in Delhi:

Shift: Flexible

Location : Noida

- 15+ years of experience in US public sector staffing proposal writing

- Bid Management experience working with State, counties, cities and Department

- 10+ Experience in responding to public sectors RFPs, MSA, Bids, RFOs

- Experience in Proposal writing and understanding of IT services/solutions

- Experience of a leading mid-size team or practice

- Experience managing large MSA/pool contracts

- Excellent communication both written/Oral

- Experience working on portal leads

- Understanding of cost and pricing models

- Interface with other Proposal Support roles (i.e., Technical/Domain Specialists, Proposal Writers, and Practices) and other internal sources to help build/populate the proposal documents.

- Can create and deliver impactful presentations, documents, and supporting material to enable selling and business development activities
