Urgently required Mechanical Engineers for Business Development for Pune location

Exp. 20-30 years

Qualification : BE/B.Tech-Mechanical

Location : Pune

Additional qualifications in Marketing / Business Development is preferable

Industry Area : Candidates must from EPC /large scale projects

1. Strong in Estimation/Tendering & Bidding who can lead the tendering team to procure the orders of min. 500-1000 crores

2 Coordinate and take accountability for the entire proposal / bidding process (pre-acquisition stage) with company's other departments such as engineering and design, estimator, project manager and senior management team as and when required.

3 Prepare and execute business development action plans with specific & measurable targets.

4 Take ownership to design and drive strategy for business development and acquisition in a specified domain

5 Respond to new and existing client needs and requests by coordinating and overseeing involvement of design and Project Management.

6 Collaborate with construction team throughout the project to ensure client and project teams expectations are met.

7 Maintain business development involvement and visibility through the duration of all projects to foster relationships with clients and project teams.
