Head - Business Development & Strategic Alliances - Publishing Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for a Head Business Development & Alliances candidate for a renowned global publishing house based in Gurgaon

KRA's :

- Identify digital platforms with scale and complimentary offerings to leverage and amplify product content and brand in India and across 5- 6 key markets globally.

- Prospect B2C businesses with large customer base and digital footprint to define and execute strategic alliances to drive mutual value.

- Manage deal structuring end- to- end

- Need to work with a high degree of independence and ownership with specific scale and revenue targets.

- Engage with internal stakeholders, editorial, product, finance and marketing for efficient execution of the alliance.

Experience & Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA from top b- school/university preferred.

- 8- 10 yrs. of experience; at least 3- 4 years of relevant work experience in alliances/ strategic partnerships/B2B business development.

- Related experience of identifying, developing and executing (end- to- end) successful deals/ partnerships.

- Experience in digital domain is a plus
