- Manage a team of 30 that discovers and on-boards new properties
- Identify relevant markets to expand the supply network
- Build teams that accumulate offline supply through local networks, and discover new supply online
- Set team targets for incremental supply growth and strategise plans to reach those milestones
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives
- Tailor and constantly improve our sales pitch and presentations
- Develop processes and create a training program to enhance the sales skills of the team and increase the lead conversion ratio per member
- Drive negotiations on the commission, price and tenure of the agreement
- Build infrastructures like varying incentive structures for permanent, part time, and freelancing employees, which reward the highest performers liberally
- Encourage a balance to be maintained between the number of properties vs the quality of properties on-boarded per team member
- Develop recognition schemes that reward top performers
- Work with the engineering department for technological improvements that help increase efficiency
- Collaborate with related departments to establish and maintain balance between inventory growth and revenue growth with the objective of profit maximisation
- Drive lead generation, by strategizing large scale innovative methods of finding properties
Soft Skills-
- Ability to work in fast-growing, ambiguous environment by creating right systems and controls.
- Ability to understand and present the large scale vision and mission of the company
- Commercial/entrepreneurial bent of mind.
- Be able to drive large teams
- Excellent communication skills and prior experience of dealing with HNI clients is preferable
- Exposure to the real estate industry is preferable
