We are looking for Business Development Head from staffing industry OR IT

- We are now seeking to partner with an experienced leader to bring strategic insight and expertise to scale this vertical to an ARR of $6 million.

- The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the staffing industry and strong connections at the CXO level.

- You will be responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, from demand generation to closing client requirements.

- As Business Head of RA, you will wear multiple hats and be tasked with making this vertical the most profitable.

Who You Are:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize processes and drive business growth.

- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and demanding environment

- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

Preferred Professional Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, B.Tech or related field.

- Proven track record of minimum 8 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing or resource augmentation industry.
