Business Development Segment Head-Automotive
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced professional to join our Industrial Packaging Segment team as a Segment Head, focusing on New Business Development within the Automotive segment. As the Segment Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the automotive market, and a passion for creating and capitalizing on business opportunities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of new business prospects.
- Collaborate with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives for new business development.
- Collaborate with Key Accounts / OE team to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of automotive clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing structures to secure new business agreements.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification & Certification (if applicable):
- Professional Degree - BE - Electrical / Mechanical.
- Master's in marketing, business administration or relevant field would be an added advantage
- Good academic records, 60 % & above across all academics
Experience: 12-15 plus years of relevant experience
