Job Description :

- Lead a 100+ team (on roll and off roll) in a tiered form, for the business development of the entire demand side of the business

- Onboarding of retailers across categories of consumer durable Pan India

Client Details :

Our client is India's largest and fastest growing retail-tech start-up, organizing the highly fragmented physical retail and digitizing them. We are retained with them to set up their business leadership.

Description :

The candidate will:

- Lead a 100+ team (on roll and off roll) in a tiered form, for the business development of the entire demand side of the business

- Onboard offline retailers across categories of consumer durable Pan India

- Directly report to the CEO and formulate the GTM across different geographies and categories

- Work closely with the Supply side to co-own the P&L

Profile:

The ideal candidate must have:

- 10 + years of business development experience in Telco, FMCG, FMCD, FinTech industry

- Experience in leading large on field Pan India team

- Proven experience in on-boarding large volume of merchants / SME / SMB / Mid-market customers

- MBA from a tier 1 college will be a huge bonus

- Must have managed a P&L previously

- Must be based out of / willing to relocate to Bangalore
