Company Profile: Client brings value fashion across Tier 2//3/4 towns across the Major regions across India, they operate more than 374 stores across India.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Identifying new properties negotiate rentals, procuring properties, doing catchment analysis.

- Check out the legalities of the property and handing it over to the project department for further action.

- Spearhead market research activities to gather potential estimates of various sites / location availability in malls and high streets for the region

- Moves in with early mover advantage into properties within 3-4 year window for diff brands, by booking/blocking spaces within malls.

- Lead the process of Selection of sites, finished properties and ensure by thorough research that the acquisition will ensure high returns.

- Undertake all kind of feasibility and due diligence studies if entering into franchisee contracts or contracts with retailers.

- Ensure that store space selection is such that they are optimum range for each size of store is displayed while delivering the required returns per square foot.

- Ensure timely completion and handover of projects to the projects team that makes the store ready for retailing.

- Liaison between Landlord and Organization and get the things done without delay.

- Discussing with the LL's for lease renewals, negotiating for less rentals compare to the market.

- Collate, analyze and distil data on consumers, competitors and brands in to intelligence that informs sales planning process.

- Conduct thorough market analysis and survey to determine new opportunities and tap these subsequently to enhance profit.

- Accelerate business growth through aggressive business development strategies and trade marketing promotions to enhance brand visibility.

- To formulate and implement retail distribution strategies and programs which maximize business growth, profitability, market coverage and market share.

- Identify opportunity for new products and search for new area of operations.

- Discussing with the LL's for closing stores and successfully getting the security deposit with out any legal obligations and issues.
