Head - Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national business development strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Identify, qualify, and actively engage with prospective clients across the industrial, retail, and 3PL sectors, showcasing our PAN India services and understanding their unique needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across diverse industries.
- Spearhead the expansion of our client base and market share within the industrial real estate landscape.
- Utilize your existing network and industry connections to generate high-quality leads and secure new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition of leads and successful closure of deals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of demonstrably successful experience in business development within the industrial real estate, retail, or 3PL sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Indian real estate market and its key players across industrial, retail, and 3PL segments.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
