Head - Business Development - Property Management Services

Role:

- Business Development Head for a leading Property Management Services company in Bangalore.

- Responsible for selling Facility Management / Integrated Facility Management services (IFM) PAN India.

- Generating New Enquiries from Upcoming New Projects & existing companies, suggesting right solutions to clients for their requirements & applications, Costings & Proposal submission, attending negotiation meetings, converting into orders, agreement execution.

- Bidding for PAN India RFQ in coordination with team

Desired Profile:

- Post Graduate with 12+ years sales / business development experience in handling Property Management / Integrated Facility Management (IFM) projects.

- Bidding / Sales experience in Facility management companies.

- Managed a team.
