Head of Business Development - Pension Fund
Job Profile and Key Responsibilities :
- Building and scaling up NPS business
- Liaising with group companies to drive NPS tie-ups with their corporate relationships
- Tracking market developments and leveraging market opportunities to develop business
- Independently engage with top management / decision makers of prospective and existing corporate clients
- Benchmarking digital sales processes across industry and driving improvements
- Driving awareness and popularity of the product
- Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill
- Designing a progressive business plan in line with the potential, creating buy-in and alignment of all stakeholders, and ensuring achievement of the same
- Instituting suitable reporting and review mechanisms, and driving visibility and engagement at all levels
- Building strong relationships with business teams of group companies
- Inputs and involvement in organizational strategy
Candidate :
- Experience of ~10 years in building and scaling up businesses
- Successful track record in business development in the NPS industry would be a strong advantage
- Strong business acumen and ability to build and lead sales teams
- Experience of partnering with business associates, managing stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, corporate client engagement skills, ability to interpret business requirements
- Committed and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to build and scale up businesses
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency and result orientation, pro-active attitude, and excellent networking and relationship management skills
- Strong execution skills, commitment and persistence to see things through to fruition
