Description
Job Role:
- Responsible for Business Development and Growth through client meetings and exploring new avenues to increase business volumes
- Relationship management with key clients - to grow and maintain business:
- Annual Business Planning and review
- Driving performance per key KRAs with internal regional operations teams
- Relationship Management with clients
- Developing and successfully executing strategic initiatives
- Develop the competencies of account management internally such as processes, reviews
- Responsible for complete P&L for the Insurance sub-vertical
- Manage both Operations & Quality Control
- Maintain & enhance all business processes & hygiene in order to ensure a healthy state of affairs
- Responsible for receivables management - both on the buyers & sellers front
- Relationship management with key clients - to grow and maintain business
- Team expansion & hiring as per business requirement
- Execute the Budgeted Business Plan
- This person will Report into the Head - Insurance Auctions
