- Engage in overall strategic business development for organization from lead generation to conversion into client.
- Market research and new sales exploration
- Developing and overseeing the entire gamut of team management
- Form a Business development and Sales team.
- Create measurable sales process and implement required technical solutions to support it.
- Grow number of active clients and deliveries. Ensure the results of sales funnels: leads generation, onboarding and conversion into client in b2c and b2b sales, tie-ups with business and corporate clients.
- Ensure closing the deals.
- Test and capture new markets(grow markets) explore new channels for business development.

A business development professional with 5-10 years of experience in ideally a web-based business. Energetic, enthusiastic to be part of a young and growing team. Result oriented and driven.
